Published 5th September 2012

One of the many Staffordshire pottery figures to be offered for auction in the forthcoming sale at Honiton on Tuesday, 11th September 2012.

Nic Saintey will be presenting a short talk entitled The Tribal Art of England in the salerooms, Dowell Street, Honiton on the evening of Friday, 7th September 2012. It is centred around the Stockman Collection of Staffordshire and related ceramics and will be a light hearted look at some of the more quirky Staffordshire Portrait figures that are to be offered for sale on Tuesday, 11th September 2012.

There will be light refreshments and nibbles and an opportunity afterwards to privately preview the sale before the doors are open to the public. If you wish to attend there is no charge, but a donation to charity would be welcome. Seats are limited so please contact either Anne or Lissie on (01404) 510000 or via enquiries@bhandl.co.uk to reserve a place.
